If the next rung on life's ladder feels too high, get a new one with shorter steps and keep climbing - Jamie Cuthbertson.
Red Star AC is a small Glasgow-based athletics club for athletes with disabilities. Our athletes are all ages and disabilities. We currently have around 50 members. Whether you want to run for fun or want to aim for the elite level, we can help you on your way.
We train on Monday and Thursday evenings, from 6:45 - 8:15 pm, throughout the year, with a break at Christmas. Training takes place at the Crownpoint Sports Complex, 183 Crownpoint Road, Glasgow, G40 2AL (Tel: 0141 287 0600). Check out the Crownpoint Sports Complex Home page for more information about this facility and how to get there.
The other links on this website will give you more information about what we do, what our athletes have achieved and how we can help you enjoy your athletics. If you would like to get involved but don't want to be an athlete, we are always looking for volunteers as coaches, drivers and general helpers.
If you wish to get in touch or would like to come along to the club to see what you think of our set up, or if you would like to make a donation to the club to help with running costs, please visit our Contacts page for details. We'd love to hear from you!
